In education and training ,clinica practice is core to the learning process and necesstates the design of a curriculum that builds on the abilities of students to apply critical thinking to patient care,informed by professional etchics ,it also capacitates the student to provide care to clients through the graduate and guided acquisition of skills. Students in the study reported that sufficient clinical experience and managing greater numbers of births were the most significant predictors of higher comptenece scores. The activities aim to form responsibility, uphold professionalism, collaboration to create interprofessional collaboration practice to become professional midwives, demonstrate work accountability, be able to collaborate between health workers, have a sense of empathy and can be trusted.
